One of the most important steps to our overall health is to take charge of our personal well-being. Participating in activities and utilizing resources allow us to focus on our personal health. Personal Health in turn can have a positive impact on your physical and mental health, relationships and job performance. Learn more about how you can optimize your personal well-being below.   


Be a LiveWELL Champion

Be an active LiveWELL Champion to inspire health and well-being in your department.  To become a LiveWELL Champion for your region, complete the LiveWELL Champion Form.

The role of a LiveWELL Champion can include:

  • Modeling a commitment to living a healthy lifestyle
  • Informing your department of LiveWELL updates
  • Promoting and participating in LiveWELL Challenges, creating a team when applicable
  • Attending monthly LiveWELL Champion webinars
  • Encouraging healthy catering guidelines for meals in the department
  • Be active in the Viva Engage LiveWELL Champion community to gather and share engagement ideas
  • Creating and keeping current a LiveWELL bulletin board or other area designated to well-being
