Health Savings Account

  • Access the link to Bank of America’s website or call the phone number listed to complete or update your beneficiary designation

How do I confirm my eligibility and enroll in benefits?

You will enroll in benefits in totalrewards.org. An enrollment event will be triggered based on your eligibility at the time of your hire, when you become newly benefits-eligible and during the Annual Enrollment period. When your enrollment event is open in totalrewards.org you will receive an email from benefitsservicecenter@ehr.com notifying you of your ability to enroll in benefits. Instructions on how to enroll and your enrollment deadline will be included in the email.

How do I update my benefits when I have a qualifying life event, such as marriage, birth or adoption, etc.?

  • Log in to totalrewards.org
  • Go to the Review your benefits tile
  • Select Review now button 
  • Select Update Benefits Coverage 

On the next screen, you’ll see a tile that states, “I had recent changes and want to update my benefits now”: 

  • Select Update my Benefits
  • Follow the prompts and instructions based on your life status change  to make updates to your benefits.

How do I change my HSA contribution?

HSA contributions may be changed any time throughout the year in totalrewards.org. 

  • Log in to totalrewards.org
  • Go to the Review your benefits tile
  • Select the Review now button  
  • Select Update Benefits Coverage
  • Select Update My HSA
  • Follow the prompts to submit a change to your per pay period contribution.
