Active and Fit Direct

Active and Fit Direct discount membership program is available to ALL teammates across the enterprise. The link to register is found on the Well-Being Platform. Once on the platform, click on the Your Benefits tab at the top of the page. Scroll down to the Resources section and click on the Active and Fit Offering card to register. 

This membership fitness program provides variety to your gym and at-home fitness choices. Starting at $25/month you have access to:

  • 5,000 Premium Exercise Studios and Fitness Centers. Please note: Pricing for Premium network fitness centers and studios varies by fitness facility. Review the Active & Fit Direct website for premium facility pricing.

LiveWELL Fitness Activity Assessment  

Get started on your fitness journey with a basic fitness assessment. Take these LiveWELL activity assessments to understand where you are in your fitness journey. Three assessment types are recommended: 

  1. Cardiovascular
  2. Muscular Endurance
  3. Flexibility 

Assess yourself on Day 1, then assess yourself again on Day 30. You should see how much you have improved after 30 days of activity. Watch the LiveWELL Activity Assessment video to get started.

Training Programs and Virtual Races

Training Programs

Couch to 5k Training  
Ready to get moving and train for your first or next race? LiveWELL offers a six-week virtual training program for all teammates across the enterprise to help you prepare to run or walk a race.

  • Spring 2023 5k Training  
    • Registration Period: February 22 through March 8 
    • Training Program: March 13 through April 23  
  • Fall 2023 5k training  
    • Registration Period: October 9 through October 20 
    • Training Program: October 23 through December 3 

Virtual Races

In 2023 teammates from across the enterprise can participate in two, fun virtual races. Registration links will be shared closer to race week.  Races are held virtually over the course of a week where teammates can be active at their convenience. You can run your race at any point over race week and even break it up into smaller segments to help you complete the goal distance. Registration links and race completion details will be shared closer to race week.   

  • The Spring Thaw 5k
    • Registration Period: April 5 through April 19 
    • Race Week: April 24 through May 1
  • The Frosty 5k and 8k
    • Registration Period: November 15 through November 29 
    • Race Week: December 4 through December 11 


Atrium Health Navicent Wellness Center

The Atrium Health Navicent Wellness Center is available to Atrium Health Navicent teammates and welcomes you to find information on programs and services of this premier exercise and fitness facility in Macon, Georgia. This facility offers over 75 classes each week, suitable for all age ranges and physical abilities.

  • Atrium Health Floyd Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Rome, Outpatient Rehabilitation Gym | 304 NW Shorter Avenue, Rome, GA 30165 
    • Open for any teammate during the hours of 6-8 a.m. and 5-7 p.m. 
    • The outpatient facility in Rome is equipped with cardiovascular and weight training equipment. 
  • Cherokee Medical, Centre Alabama Vitality Center | 400 Northwood Dr, Centre, AL
    • The Cherokee Vitality Center, a free location to teammates, provides a variety of cardiovascular and stretch equipment where teammates can improve their physical health and decrease stress.  
    • Towels are provided.
    • Open 24/7 within the medical center. Access provided via entry keycode obtained from Emergency Care Center (ECC) staff.
