Couch to 5k (3.1 miles) Training
Ready to get moving and train for your first or next race? LiveWELL offers a six-week virtual training program for all teammates across the enterprise to help you prepare to run or walk a 5k (3.1 miles) race.

In 2023 teammates from across the enterprise can participate in two, fun virtual races. Registration links will be shared closer to race week. Races are held virtually over the course of a week where teammates can be active at their convenience. You can run your race at any point over race week and even break it up into smaller segments to help you complete the goal distance. Registration links and race completion details will be shared closer to race week.
To register for the 5k (3.1 miles) race:
Active and Fit Direct discount membership program is available to ALL teammates across the enterprise. The link to register is found on the Well-Being Platform. Once on the platform, click on the Your Benefits tab at the top of the page. Scroll down to the Resources section and click on the Active and Fit Offering card to register.
