Couch to 5K (3.1 miles) Training
Ready to get moving and train for your first or next race? LiveWELL offers a six-week virtual training program for all teammates across the enterprise to help you prepare to run or walk a 5K (3.1 miles) race.
In 2024 teammates from across Atrium Health can participate in two, fun virtual races. Registration links will be shared closer to race week. Races are held virtually over the course of a week where teammates can be active at their convenience. You can run or walk your race at any point over race week and even break it up into smaller segments to help you complete the goal distance. Registration links and race completion details will be shared closer to race week.
