Teammate Health provides services* for Atrium Health teammates, volunteers, students and non-employee LIPs (Licensed Independent Practitioners) as required by governmental and accreditation guidelines and services to protect the health and well-being of the same.
Common services provided by Teammate Health:
Teammates can now access and upload their own immunization records with an option to share their data between the Teammate Health portal and their other health care providers.
*Please note, Teammates may be charged for any items outside of compliance requirement.
**Can I get immunizations at Teammate Health?
Applicants are expected to bring their personal immunization record to their Health Assessment appointment. If they are not able to obtain their immunization record, Teammate Health will provide their employment related immunizations. Teammate Health will also provide regulatory, mandated immunizations to current teammates (e.g., hepatitis B, influenza).

Teammates now have a one-stop-shop to find their work health information from teammate health records, work status reports and proof of immunizations. Through the Teammate Health portal, teammates can easily interact with clinical staff and schedule appointments with Teammate Health. Your information is safe and secure as access is restricted to Teammate Health professionals with proper authorization.
The portal offers leaders with direct reports a manager section to review the work status of their team following a work injury as well as compliance with flu shots, TB and fit testing requirements.

1. What is the Teammate Health Portal?
Atrium Health operates health clinics to manage the Teammate Health needs of its staff. We recently deployed a new electronic Teammate Health record system that will store teammate health records in an electronic format — and the Teammate Health portal will allow certain functions to be completed online and facilitate communication between the teammate and Teammate Health.

3. How do I access the Teammate Health portal?
You can access the portal from the Teammate Health page by clicking on the login. Sign in using your Atrium Health username and password.
4. Who should I contact if I am having trouble with my Teammate Health portal?
All questions, comments and concerns relating to the Teammate Health portal should be submitted in writing to TMHEnterpriseHelp@AtriumHealth.org. A staff member will respond to you within 48 business hours.
5. Why don’t I see my vaccinations, immunizations or exemptions in the portal?
Please note, any historical teammate vaccinations/immunizations or exemptions prior to the portal going live will not show up in your teammate health records until late summer.

6. Who will have access to my electronic medical files?
Access to teammate health records is highly restricted, and only those Teammate Health professionals with proper authorization will have access to your health information. The portal has strict security controls, including role-based access.
7. Would management have access to my medical records?
No. Individual medical records are only accessible by Teammate Health professionals with proper authorization. Your supervisor will have access to limited information regarding your work status such as any work restrictions or accommodations, but your medical records will not be accessible to management or your supervisor.
8. Do Teammate Health records sync up with our Atrium Health patient records?
Immunizations are the only teammate medical record that will sync up with Atrium Health patient records, eventually. Outside of that, teammate health records must remain separate.
9. Where and how will my information be stored?
Your electronic medical records will be stored securely in a data center located in the United States. Records will be available only to authorized personnel who will access those records during an encrypted session. All access to your records will be logged. This approach is more secure than paper records, which are difficult to track, monitor and manage.
10. If a teammate transitions to a new department /function, will the teammate’s medical records be transferred automatically?
Yes. Teammate medical records will be transferred as teammates’ transition to new departments or functions within Atrium Health.
11. I supervise several teammates. Will the portal experience be different for me?
You will have access to the Atrium Health Teammate Health portal to help manage your personal Teammate Health records. In addition, you may have access to a separate supervisor health portal that will help you keep track of limited Teammate Health information you need to make sure your teammates are certified to work (you will not have access to teammate protected health information).
