As the region's premier healthcare provider, Atrium Health has a great responsibility to our patients, our teammates and the community, because we recognize the impact our behaviors have on the people we serve. To fulfill this responsibility, we constantly strive to be an inclusive, diverse and respectful workplace.
As our workforce becomes more diverse, Atrium Health becomes a stronger organization. We are able to provide more culturally competent and sensitive care, better serving our communities that rely on us.
At Atrium Health, we know we’re better able to serve everyone in our communities when we reflect everyone in those communities. This also means we welcome people from everywhere, of every identity and every culture – as patients and as teammates – to a place where they know they’ll be respected, appreciated and valued for who they are. We encourage you to see our Diversity Impact Report to understand more about Diversity & Inclusion at Atrium Health.
Newly Launched! The Enterprise Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has launched an online calendar. In it, Atrium Health teammates and community members will be informed of important culture observances happening each month as well as important events that will be put on for teammates and the community.
