Featured Cultural Observance: The FOR ALL Conference

The FOR ALL Conference: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, is a cultural mainstay of Atrium Health. For the past 20 years, it has been the largest and most prominent learning forum of its kind within the Southeast region. The demand to deliver innovative experiences that will improve our collective status on diversity, inclusion and equity - is crucial to success across industries. Nationally recognized experts in culturally competent care, workplace inclusion, emerging trends, research and other leading-edge diversity disciplines, will be featured. To that end, the agenda is designed to explore a range of topics including equity of care practices, inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, innovation, social justice, disabilities, and diversity perspectives in workforce and talent management decision-making. The overall goal is that of elevating cultural competence in organizations, communities and our world. Learn more
