Schedule a Coaching Session. Coaching is available at no cost to Atrium Health teammates. Coaching sessions are available from 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday – Wednesday and 5:00am – 6:00pm Thursday and Friday.

How can coaching help?
LiveWELL Well-Being coaching empowers and supports you to improve your habits and lifestyle choices for long- term, realistic change.
- Private one-on-one telephonic sessions where you and your coach develop a partnership and create a plan toward meaningful change.
- The focus during each coaching conversation is on topics most important to you.
- Small goals are set and reviewed during each session and are the steppingstone toward longer-term goals and sustainability.
- Your coach can connect you to other Atrium Health resources including mental health support, dieticians, discounts on gym memberships, and much more!

FAQs
- Who should I contact for questions? Reach out to the LiveWELL coaching team directly at atriumhealthcoach@atriumhealth.org.
- How long are sessions? Sessions can take up to 30 minutes and are focused on what is most important to you.
- What if I don’t see any openings when trying to schedule my session? Check back often, new openings are continually being offered.
- How much does coaching cost? LiveWELL well-being coaching is available year-round free of charge to all teammates.
- Can I earn incentive credit for working with a well-being coach? Completion of two coaching sessions counts as Personal Well-being incentive credit. After your second coaching session, your LiveWELL Coach will report your incentive completion to WebMD.
Group Well-being Coaching
Teammates can join group coaching to work toward LiveWELL incentives or for personal interest. Explore health topics and set S.M.A.R.T goals. The coach offers guidance, identifies barriers and acknowledges achievements. Additional sessions will be offered throughout the year.

- Managing the Effects of Stress and Preventing Burnout: An interactive group coaching session focused on understanding and managing stress for improved wellbeing. The session covers the distinction between every day and chronic stress, explores how stress affects mental, physical, and emotional health, and introduces practical techniques for reducing stress and restoring balance.
- Nutrition Swaps for Sustainable Change: This session explores how to tailor your food choices to match your personal nutrition priorities. Learn about practical food swaps that support goals such as saving money, managing weight, reducing ingredients, and more—so you can make choices that work best for you.
