Due to increasing spread of COVID-19 from the Delta variant, we have decided to cancel the Teammate Day at Carowinds scheduled for Saturday, August 14. Nearly all North Carolina counties are experiencing substantial or high transmission and as healthcare workers, Atrium Health teammates are examples in the community and asked to follow the latest recommendations from the CDC. 1. If I purchased a ticket prior to the cancellation, will I still be able to use it?   
Yes. Carowinds has extended the date to use your discounted ticket(s) through Sunday, September 12.  After that, the discounted tickets will be valid on Saturdays or Sundays through Sunday, October 31 for the Great Pumpkin Fest daytime operation at Carowinds. The park will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. These tickets are not valid for the nighttime SCarowinds event.

2. Can I still purchase a ticket if I still want to go and get the discount? 
No. At this time, we have suspended the promotional discount for purchasing tickets. 

3. If I received a ticket from my leader for recognition, are those tickets still valid? 
Yes. Carowinds has extended the date that you can use these tickets through Sunday, September 12.  After that, the discounted tickets will be valid on Saturdays or Sundays through Sunday, October 31 for the Great Pumpkin Fest daytime operation at Carowinds. 4. If I want to get a refund for purchased tickets, how do I go about getting one? 
If you have a paid ticket that you purchased through Carowinds.com you can get a refund for your tickets (minus the processing fee) before Friday, October 1. To get your refund process started, please email guestrelations2@carowinds.com and include your order number that can be found on your receipt from your purchase.
