Welcome to the 2025 edition of Advocate Health Has Talent — a bold, enterprise-wide celebration of creativity, belonging, and the incredible talents of our teammates. What began in 2004 as a simple talent show has evolved into one of Advocate Health’s most powerful culture-building experiences, engaging thousands across the organization. 

All teammates have talents whether hidden or out there for all to enjoy! Here’s what you need to know: 

1. Video Audition: The journey first begins with a video audition submission 
   
   
   • This year, we’re focused on creating more opportunities for teammates across the organization to showcase their talents with a video submission format for auditions. This flexible format is designed to increase accessibility and participation, which is based on your feedback! 
   • Whether you are a singer or a dancer, an aerialist or guitarist, a poet or a comedian, a magician or all the above, we want you to bring out your best by submitting an audition video for Advocate Health Has Talent. 
   • The submission period begins Aug. 4 and ends Aug. 31 (EXTENDED DEADLINE). More details on eligibility and video submission guidelines can be found on the 2025 Advocate Health Has Talent: Video Audition Registration Form.

   Submit Your Audition

2. Teammate Voting: Among the teammates who audition, only a select group will advance to the next stage. All Advocate Health teammates, friends and family members will have the chance to watch performances and vote for their favorites.  
   
   
3. Grand Finale: The top performers will move on to the Grand Finale which will be taped and shared across the organization this fall.  

Get Involved!

Even if your talents don’t include the performing arts, you may still get involved in Advocate Health Has Talent. Here’s how: 

• Promote the program with your fellow teammates – start spreading the news about Advocate Health Has Talent and encourage them to submit a video audition. Share this page with your colleagues and use this Teams Background in your virtual meetings (it makes a great talking point!) 
• Encourage your fellow teammates to submit a video audition before Aug. 31 (EXTENDED DEADLINE).  
• Participate in teammate voting – to be announced. 
• Cheer on our finalists and watch the Grand Finale video later this fall.
