Welcome to the 2025 edition of Advocate Health Has Talent — a bold, enterprise-wide celebration of creativity, belonging, and the incredible talents of our teammates. What began in 2004 as a simple talent show has evolved into one of Advocate Health’s most powerful culture-building experiences, engaging thousands across the organization. 

All teammates have talents whether hidden or out there for all to enjoy! Here’s what you need to know: 

1. Video Audition: Completed 

2. Voting: The finalists are in — now it’s your turn to be the judge!

Watch the Performances: 

• Get ready to see our teammates shine! Watch each performance below.
• Put on your judging hat and choose your favorite based on these criteria:
  1. Ability – Technical skill, voice quality, pitch, projection and use of instruments or props.
  2. Creativity – Originality and personalization of the act.
  3. Presentation – Confidence, poise, and ability to connect with the audience.
  4. Overall – Entertainment value.
• Vote for Your Favorite:
  • Once you’ve picked your top performer, use the voting form to cast your vote.
  • Voting is open to all teammates, friends and family. One vote per person!
  • Voting takes place from Nov. 11 – 18.

3. Grand Finale: The Grand Finale will be recorded and shared across the organization later this year.

Get Involved!

Even if your talents don’t include the performing arts, you may still get involved in Advocate Health Has Talent. Here’s how: 

• Promote the program with your fellow teammates – start spreading the news about Advocate Health Has Talent and encourage them to submit a video audition. Share this page with your colleagues and use this Teams Background in your virtual meetings (it makes a great talking point!)
• Participate in teammate voting  
• Cheer on our finalists and watch the Grand Finale video later this year.
