What began in 2004 as a simple talent show has evolved into one of Advocate Health’s most powerful culture-building experiences, engaging thousands across the organization.

Get Involved!

Even if your talents don’t include the performing arts, you may still get involved in Advocate Health Has Talent. Here’s how: 

• Promote the program with your fellow teammates – start spreading the news about Advocate Health Has Talent and encourage them to submit a video audition. Share this page with your colleagues and use this Teams Background in your virtual meetings (it makes a great talking point!)   
• Cheer on our finalists and watch the Grand Finale video.
