Welcome to Advocate Health Has Talent — our enterprise-wide celebration of creativity, belonging, and the remarkable talents of our teammates.

Since its beginnings in 2004 as a simple talent show, Advocate Health Has Talent has grown into one of our most anticipated traditions, showcasing our teammates’ talents and passions, and lifting everyone up. Whether you sing, dance, perform, or simply enjoy cheering on your teammates, there’s something for everyone to showcase!

All teammates have talents whether hidden or out there for all to enjoy! Here’s what you need to know:

1. Video Audition: The journey first begins with a virtual audition submission

• We’re continuing to focus on creating more opportunities for teammates to showcase their talents by keeping a virtual, video submission format for auditions. This flexible format is designed to increase accessibility and participation across the enterprise.
• Whether you’re a singer or a dancer, an aerialist or guitarist, a poet or a comedian, a magician or all the above, we want you to bring out your best by submitting an audition video for Advocate Health Has Talent.
• Finalists must be available to travel to Charlotte, North Carolina, the week of August 24-28, 2026, to meet with our music production recording studio for coaching and video recording. Travel and expenses will be covered by Advocate Health.
• Your audition videos will highlight the incredible talent across our organization and showcase all types of talent. The video audition period begins July 15 and ends August 5. More details on eligibility and video submission guidelines can be found in the Video Audition Form linked below.

2. People’s Choice Award: Among the hundreds who audition, only a select few will rise to the top and have the opportunity to be chosen as the People’s Choice Award winner. All Advocate Health teammates, friends and family members will have the chance to watch the performances and vote for their favorite. Voting will take place in September. More information will be announced in the coming weeks.

3. Advocate Health Has Talent Grand Finale: To continue our annual tradition, we will release the Grand Finale video to ensure all teammates have the chance to watch and enjoy.

If your talents don’t include the performing arts, don’t worry! We still would love for you to get involved in Advocate Health Has Talent.

• Promote the program – start spreading the news about Advocate Health Has Talent. Share this page with your colleagues and utilize this Teams Background in your virtual meetings (it makes a great talking point!)
• Encourage your fellow teammates to submit a video audition before Aug. 5.
• Participate in the People’s Choice Award voting in September.
• Cheer on our finalists and watch the Grand Finale video later this year.
