At Atrium Health, our teammates are our most valuable resource. We know how important it is that every day we recognize and honor the excellent work you do for our patients, your teammates and the community.
With the recently launched new Purpose & Commitments, the current “Living Our Commitments” points program (available on our recognition platform) was retired on Dec. 31, 2024, to make way for a refreshed Commitments program in 2025.

If you receive a certificate – congratulations! We encourage you to keep your certificate as a memento of appreciation.
Attached to the certificate will be directions on how to redeem your points. Points will be added to your account, which is located on the Recognition and Rewards platform. You may choose an item (including gift cards) or you may let your points build and choose a higher-value item later.
Note: If a teammate redeems points as part of the Recognition & Rewards program, we are required by IRS regulations to tax any gift card (of any value) and any merchandise worth $100 or more. Cash awards will also be taxed according to IRS regulations.
A file is sent to payroll bi-monthly. If you receive a cash award, or redeem points for a gift card of any value or merchandise worth $100 or more, you will see a line item on your paystub titled "Taxable Fringe Benefits – TFB."
