Saturday –Show us Your Smile

• Get ready to get your thrill on with discounted tickets at Carowinds and Six Flags  
• Say cheese in our virtual photo booth (available starting Saturday, August 20) 

1.  Pick your experience:  

• Photo 
• GIF (simple animation)
• Burst (like a boomerang, multiple shots at the subject moves)

2.  Pick your frame template:

Wednesday – Well-being Wednesday 

• Take care of yourself by participating in one or more of the following activities below: 
  • Visit the Facility Walking Trails page on the Teammate Site to view trails and loops from around the enterprise. Most trails/loops range from 1/2 mile up to 3 miles. Shorter trails of a mile or less can easily fit into a short lunch break. 
  • Stop by places to recharge around the enterprise. These spaces are meant to be nurturing and therapeutic, to reduce stress for our patients and teammates. 
  • Listen to LiveWELL’s Meditation playlist or view the LiveWELL Fitness YouTube playlist that outlines fitness movements and workouts 
  • To help you decompress from your day, download and print this "Going Home Checklist" or watch the Going Home Activity for Caregivers video with Cindy Vice, Employee Wellness Program leader at Atrium Health Floyd. 
  • Tune in each week on Wednesday at 2 p.m. to watch a 30-minute virtual performance presented by Musicians on Call. Use code: atriumcharlotte 

Thursday – Turn it Up Thursday

• Thanks to your input, more than 600 song choices across the enterprise were submitted for our playlist! The Teammate Appreciation Week committee, comprised of members across the enterprise, narrowed the list down to 32 songs with consideration for repeat votes by teammates.

Friday – Atrium Health Day*

• Show your pride by wearing Teal. *Atrium Health Day is an acceptable enterprise-wide designated event to wear a teal t-shirt.
