Dayla Randolph, Senior Vice President for Talent & Development, at Advocate Health. Dayla began her journey in the organization over 18 years ago as an intern in Organizational Development. She continued to expand her scope and experience in Human Resources in various roles, including leading HR Operations at South Suburban and Trinity Hospitals in Illinois responsible for Simulation and Life Support at the enterprise level.
