Practice Ready Pathway Program

The program is currently available only to Wisconsin Division teammates, with plans to expand enterprise-wide soon.

Aurora Health Care is partnering with Chamberlain University to help teammates take the next step toward a nursing career. The
Practice Ready Pathway Program offers financial support, hands-on clinical experience and a direct pathway to earning a BSN.

Program benefits include:

• Up to $15,000 in tuition scholarships toward a Chamberlain BSN degree
• Clinical experiences at Aurora Health Care locations throughout Wisconsin
• Practice Ready training to help build confidence and prepare for a medical-surgical nursing environment
• Up to $21,000 in student loan repayment after graduation while working in an eligible Aurora unit
• Advocate Health's Education Assistance Benefit, which provides up to $7,500 annually for eligible, full-time teammates

Together, eligible participants may receive up to $58,500 in education and career support.
