Atrium Health Navicent remains focused on offering benefits to support the health and well-being of all teammates and their families.
For 2024, Atrium Health Navicent will continue to offer two health plans, the Health Savings Plan and the Co-Pay Plan.

Health Savings Plan

Key features: 

  • Offers low premiums 
  • Pretax Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions that rollover and can be used for health expenses now and later 
  • No cost for preventive care 
  • Teammates enrolled in the Health Savings Plan are eligible to earn the new LiveWELL Incentives which they will receive in their active Health Savings Account (HSA) 

Co-Pay Plan

Key features: 

  • Offers predictability with higher premiums and lower out-of-pocket expense 
  • Co-pays for primary care, specialty care and medications 
  • No deductibles (with the exception of inpatient and outpatient services) 
  • Teammates enrolled in the Co-Pay Plan are eligible to earn the new LiveWELL Incentives which they will receive in their LiveWELL Incentive Account (HRA) 
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) provides pretax dollars for healthcare expenses 
  • No cost for preventive care
Contact Secure Health

Secure Health administers the Atrium Health Navicent Medical plans. With both plans, preventive care is 100% covered at an Atrium Health Navicent facility or in the Secure Health network.

Go online to, log in, and request and insurance ID card. You may also contact Secure Health at 478-314-2400 or 1-800-648-7563 to request an insurance ID card.

The Health Plan Decision Support Tool is available to help teammates decide which health plan is best for them. The tool guides teammates through a series of questions. Based on their answers, teammates will see a side-by-side comparison of the expenses under both Atrium Health Navicent Health Plans.   

LiveWELL Incentives

LiveWELL provides activities and education that promote healthy lifestyles for all Atrium Health teammates. 

LiveWELL Incentives are paid in the year they are earned* with three payout opportunities. Incentive dollars are deposited pretax in the following accounts:

* Teammates are to be in an active employment status and enrolled in one of the Atrium Health Navicent medical plans at the time of payout in order to receive earned incentive(s) and prize drawings.
