Supply Chain Alliance
Atrium Health Supply Chain Alliance (“AHSCA”) is a North Carolina limited liability company that operates as a group purchasing organization for its Member organizations. AHSCA’s Members are healthcare organizations and facilities including its parent company, The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority d/b/a Atrium Health, which is a vertically integrated healthcare delivery system with numerous facilities located throughout the Southeast, including acute care hospitals, nursing homes, retirement communities, hospital clinics, owned physician practices and other facilities. As a group purchasing organization, AHSCA negotiates contracts with Vendors which will set forth the terms and conditions under which AHSCA’s Members may purchase products and services. AHSCA’s Members will purchase such products and services directly from the applicable Vendor.
Council Affiliations and Certifying Agencies
We allow suppliers to self-certify; however, we strongly encourage certifications through private or public third-party agencies to authenticate that the business is owned, managed and controlled by a qualifying diverse group.
