PTO Accruals

Eligible teammates accrue PTO each pay period at a rate based on the teammate's years of service and full-time equivalent (FTE). The accrual is a prorated amount of hours per pay period based upon an annual maximum. Full-time teammates accrue time based upon their length of service as shown below.  Days per year in this table are based on an eight (8) hour day. For any other shifts, multiply the number of hours accrued per pay period by 26 pay periods and divide by the number of hours in the shift.

0 –5 Years  22 days/year = 6.75 hours per pay period
5 –10 Years  25 days/year = 7.70 hours per pay period
Over 10 years  30 days/year = 9.25 hours per pay period

Part-time teammates accrue PTO pro rata, based upon the percent their worked hours are of full-time worked hours each pay period. PRN Temporary teammates are not eligible for Paid Time Off.
