Because wellness is at the heart of our mission as an organization, Atrium Health Navicent is always working to extend wellness programs and benefits to our teammates and their family members. Atrium Health Navicent teammates receive a discounted membership with NO registration fee to The Wellness Center and Employee Fitness.
The Atrium Health Navicent Wellness Center is a member of the Medical Fitness Association. This affiliation ensures the facility is held to higher industry standards than most commercial fitness facilities. The facility's Exercise Physiologists have degrees in exercise science, kinesiology and various related fields. Other elevated standards include CPR-trained staff, and an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on site.

Atrium Health Navicent Teammates can take advantage of a wide variety of activities and services at The Wellness Center and Employee Fitness. Membership is discounted, is currently only $24.00/month, and is paid through payroll deduction. This fee includes membership at both locations.
If your spouse is covered under the Atrium Health Navicent health plan, that person can join as a “Plus One” member for $12/month, and is also paid through payroll deduction. A $25 enhancement fee is due from all members each year. For paperwork, please visit the wellness center. Print the four documents on the homepage and drop the completed paperwork off at either location.
