Inspiring and motivating our teammates – while bringing out the very best of our people – is at the heart of our annual recognition program, Advocate Health Has Talent. What began in 2004 as a teammate talent show has evolved into something much more — bringing together thousands of teammates to audition, perform, support and vote for talent, blazing a spirit of creativity and belonging.
In 2024, teammates from across the enterprise took to the stage in 12 local auditions. Take a peek behind the curtain from our auditions to see some of our teammate contestants share a bit more about their journeys and their passion for being a part of our signature recognition program.
Twelve finalists were selected from each of the auditions to perform in the Advocate Health Has Talent Grand Finale – a family friendly virtual show hosted on the Advocate Health YouTube Channel.
Finalists once again brought their whole selves to the stage, performing with passion and dedication. The three-part series captivated audiences and highlighted the incredible talents within our organization.
Second Place: Michael-Jamal (MJ) Spencer and Sean Boswell, Phlebotomists, Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center
Third Place: Crystal Greenwood, Systems Engineer Specialist, Advocate Health, Greater Charlotte
People’s Choice Award: Camena Scott, Registered Nurse, Aurora Health Center – Racine
Executive’s Choice Award: Frani Robinson, Senior Epic Application Analyst for HIT Provisioning, Advocate Health (Wisconsin)
