Teammates

Welcome to Atrium Health!

As our community navigates the impact of COVID-19, your role in caring for patients is more important than ever. Our goal is to give you the knowledge you need to safely begin your orientation. Just as important, we want to protect your health, which is why we are transitioning to a new format effective March 30, 2020. Please review the following carefully:

  • Portions of your orientation have been placed into a virtual format which you may complete from home. If you do not have access to a computer and internet, you may complete e-learning at the Center for Learning & Development.
  • For designated roles, your orientation will include validations that will occur in-person at the Center for Learning & Development during your first week. Please understand that your schedule may vary depending on the number of participants in orientation.

We appreciate your patience as we implement this new model, which will be in effect until our Infection Prevention Team and Emergency Operations Center advise that COVID-19 precautions are no longer needed.

Questions you may have:

How will I be paid? Report your worked hours to your manager via email by the end of the day Friday to ensure that your time is entered appropriately. The content of your first week should total no more than 40 hours and reflect breaks 30 minutes or greater. Include all start and stop times.

Who can help me if I cannot log-in?

If you are unable to log in, please contact the Service Center at 704-446-6161.
When may I report to my unit?
You may not participate in patient care until all required validations and e-learning are complete. Take advantage of the time available this week to complete these requirements so that you can be best prepared to begin orientation on your unit.

I have questions about Benefits. Contact the HR Service Center:
(704) 631-1500 | toll-free: 1-833-631-1500
HRServiceCenter@AtriumHealth.org
I do not have access to a computer or internet. You are welcome to return to the Center for Learning & Development between the hours of 0800 – 1700 any day this week to use our Open Computer Lab. Be sure to bring ear buds.
How do I log into the Electronic Health Record Virtual Class? Look for email instructions and meeting planner for access to your virtual classroom. Your email instructions will include information for any pre-requisite online learning required and any additional instructions you may need.
What is my schedule after this week? Contact your manager for details of your schedule beyond the first week.
