During weeks with large numbers of teammates joining Atrium Health, please note that your schedule may vary from the information below. Your Talent Acquisition Consultants will provide you with detailed schedule information prior to your start date. You will receive confirmation of your additional Orientation details by the Thursday prior to your start date. The schedules listed below are subject to change depending on the number of participants in each session.

How will I be paid? | Report your worked hours to your manager via email by the end of the day Friday to ensure that your time is entered appropriately. The content of your first week should total no more than 40 hours and reflect breaks 30 minutes or greater. Include all start and stop times. |

When may I report to my unit? | You may not participate in patient care until all required validations and e-learning are complete. Take advantage of the time available this week to complete these requirements so that you can be best prepared to begin orientation on your unit. |

How do I log into the Electronic Health Record Virtual Class? | Look for email instructions and meeting planner for access to your virtual classroom. Your email instructions will include information for any pre-requisite online learning required and any additional instructions you may need. |
What is my schedule after this week? | Contact your manager for details of your schedule beyond the first week. |
