How will I be paid? | Report your worked hours to your manager via email by the end of the day Friday to ensure that your time is entered appropriately. The content of your first week should total no more than 40 hours and reflect breaks 30 minutes or greater. Include all start and stop times. |
Who can help me if I cannot log-in? | If you are unable to log in, please contact the Service Center at 704-446-6161. |
When may I report to my unit? | You may not participate in patient care until all required validations and e-learning are complete. Take advantage of the time available this week to complete these requirements so that you can be best prepared to begin orientation on your unit. |

I have questions about Encompass Epic Training. | Please verify with your manager/hiring leader regarding the EHR training required for your job role and setting. |
