Teammates

Reflecting on our 2025 Culture superstars

In April 2025, “You’ve Been Spotted!” launched across our organization, reminding us that everyone plays a crucial role in embracing and championing our Purpose & Commitments. So far, more than 14,000 teammates have been recognized by leaders for living our Commitments and Behaviors, shaping our Culture and driving us towards a brighter, unified future.

We’re continuing this program through January 2026, so leaders don’t stop now! Keep noticing teammates who live out our Culture with printed and digital spot cards through our recognition platforms (NC/GA | IL/WI). Teammates “spotted” by leaders are entered into a drawing with the chance to win a variety of prizes. Winning teammates, don’t forget to redeem your prize on your respective recognition platform (above).

Check out these recent prize drawing winners who were randomly selected, and remember to model our Commitments and Behaviors for a chance to be recognized.
