Atrium Health has 9 SRGs: wheelchairs sometimes forgo regular
gynecological exams, due to the difficulty
• Women’s Executive Leadership Group — for women in of getting on and off the exam table.

• Men’s Diversity Leadership Network — for men of color The Continuing Care Diversity & Inclusion
Council recognized this disparity and
• MultiCultural Physicians — for physicians from various
racial & ethnic backgrounds worked to correct it. The council’s work
in this space led to the approval of grant
• One Team One Mission — for military, veterans, families funding for specialty exam tables for
& supporters women who use wheelchairs.
• UNIDOS — for Hispanic/Latino teammates and allies
• Young Professionals — for those young in age, young in
their careers or just young at heart
• EQualityONE — for LGBTQ+ teammates and allies
• Providers of the Tree — for teammates interested in
faith & spirituality
