Paying Teammates
• We increased our minimum wage to
$13.50 per hour, which is 86% above
the NC minimum wage
• As a result, 15,000 employees received
pay increases
Healthy Families
• We enhanced our benefit offerings to
support families of every making
• We added:
- $3,500 financial assistance for adoption
- 4 weeks paid leave for non-birth parents
CNA to RN Program
• Offers Certified Nursing Assistants up to
2 years up-front tuition for an approved
nursing program leading to licensure
• Atrium Health doubled the number of
scholarships provided in Charlotte through
partnership with Novant Health
RISE to Success
• Helps Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools’
graduates earn a healthcare-related
degree from a regional community college
• Talented hires have an opportunity to obtain
a part-time position at Atrium Health
• 1 participant hired & 10 more expected by
Spring 2020
