As national leaders in the delivery of personalized and responsive care
for all, we’re proud to take part in the Equity of Care Pledge - a national
campaign to eliminate healthcare disparities.
Demographic Data Wall
To better monitor and address disparities, Atrium Health worked to
develop an electronic scorecard that includes selected population
health, quality and clinical outcome measures, along with teammate
and patient experience data. The dashboard, otherwise known as
our Demographic Data Wall, stratifies data by race, ethnicity, gender,
age and location.
