Take Control of Your Health

Challenges are available to all teammates regardless of benefits enrollment. Encourage your family and/or teammates to participate in one of the challenges below to explore new health habits for a healthier YOU.

Resources are available to help you complete the challenges in physical activity, nutrition, mindfulness, sleep, financial health and becoming eco-friendly.

Participate in a Challenge

Throughout the year, look for LiveWELL-hosted challenges for all teammates, ranging from Sustainability/Eco-friendly to Healthy Lifestyle challenges. Log in to the Total Health Portal for details.

Need an accountability partner? Get in on the challenge with teammates, family and friends.  

Participating teammates in the Olympics, Get Physical and Maintain Don’t Gain Challenges are entered into a 2021 year-end prize drawing.  

The Olympics Challenge | July 24 – August 7  

  • Two weeks of Olympics-style games. Complete one activity at least 4 days/week.  
  • Find the activity tracking sheet and log your activity in the Total Health Portal. 

Get Physical | August 30 – September 24  

  • Complete 30 minutes of physical activity each day, at least 4 days/week.  
  • Log your activity in the Total Health Portal.  

Maintain Don’t Gain | November 19 – December 24  

  • Have a healthy holiday season and maintain your weight, or maybe even lose weight. 
  • Features physical activity, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle behaviors.  
  • Find the activity tracking sheet and log your activity in the Total Health Portal.  

Teammates can also choose from a Calendar Tracker below for a self-paced or team-led challenge. These challenges are not year-end prize eligible.
