One of the best ways you can care for
your family’s financial well-being is to establish
beneficiary designations on your life insurance,
retirement accounts and Health Savings Account (HSA). Ensuring your beneficiaries are
assigned and up-to-date gives you control of where your
assets go and provides your family with peace of mind.
To designate or update the beneficiary for your accounts, follow these steps:
In CORE Connect, start on the Me screen then click the Benefits tile. Once in the Benefits section, click People to Cover tile to add, edit or remove your beneficiaries.
You can remove beneficiaries from the People to Cover section only if the contact has never been designated as a beneficiary. To delete a beneficiary from the People to Cover section, contact Atrium Health Benefits at 704-631-1500 or email HRBenefitsOnline@AtriumHealth.org.
