Welcome to Atrium Health! Teammates who started in September or October will need to enroll in 2020 benefits and 2021 benefits. Enrollments should happen in two separate days, with the enrollment for 2020 being first. Use the information on this page to assist you in the benefits enrollment process.

What you should do (after the Wednesday following your start date):

Step 1: Enroll in your Core Benefits

If you are benefits-eligible, you will enroll in Benefits online at YourHRLink. Log in using your Atrium Health username and password. Select the Employee tab and Click My Hire Event. Your Core Benefits include:

  • Medical
  • Dental
  • Vision
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account (LPFSA)
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA)
  • Reminder: Designate your Life Insurance Beneficiaries

Step 2: Enroll in your Additional Benefits

After completing the core benefits enrollment, you will see the login screen for Additional Benefits. Log in using your Atrium Health username and password. Your Additional Benefits include: 

  • Supplemental Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
  • Universal Life Insurance
  • Short-Term Disability Buy-Up
  • Voluntary Short-Term Disability
  • Dependent Back-up
  • Identity Protection
  • Legal Insurance
  • Pet Insurance
  • Auto, Home and Other Personal Insurances

NOTE: Teammates with at least 30 standard hours per week are automatically enrolled in the Basic Life Insurance (at 1.5 times teammate salary), Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Insurances. Plans vary for monthly-paid teammates.

Teammates who are at least 18 years of age and work in positions classified with at least 16 hours per week are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Retirement Plan after three months of service. Teammates will be automatically enrolled with a pretax contribution of 3% of salary each pay period. (Atrium Health will match 75% of the first 4% teammates save and 50% of the next 2% of pay, making the total maximum match 4% of pay. To receive the full 4% match, teammates must save 6% of pay through the Plan.)
